Instructions:

• For topical use only. Spray 1 or 2 times on feet before bed for restful sleep. Can also be used on sore, achy, tense muscles. For best results, use daily.

CAUTION: For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If irritation, redness or  discomfort occurs, discontinue use.
