Our Heating/Cooling pads were handcrafted with cherry pits. This is very good heating and cooling source and is stainable for many years to come. Our pads will not rot or mildew which means you do not have to change out the filling. Our fabric is 100% cotton and are safe for the washer and dryer.
Instructions:
Warm the heating pad in the microwave or store it in the freezer in a sealed bag for a quick cold pack that is not harsh on the skin
Heat in a microwave for no more 2-3 minutes and if not warm enough add in increments of 30 seconds. The heat last about 25-30 minutes and can be reheated as much as needed.

CAUTION: Heating pads can get extremely hot in high heat and can burn the skin and eyes. Be sure not to overheat it before use. Test heat level indirectly first before placing on skin and eyes.
